Johnson Controls to Weigh a Breakup

Johnson Controls is the latest member of corporate America to weigh a breakup as the best move for its shareholders.
The industrial parts maker said on Wednesday that it was considering spinning off its auto parts arm, focusing on other divisions like its building air-conditioning operations.
