(CNS Business): DMS Offshore Investment Services (DMS) has made a major breakthrough in the European alternative funds market, with the launch of its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Management Company in Ireland. DMS’s market-leading AIF Management Company was recently approved by the Central Bank of Ireland, paving the way for the company to offer solutions to both European and non-European managers and investors to facilitate their continued access to the alternative investment fund market, in light of the implementation of the Alternative Investment Funds Directive (AIFMD).
