Over the past few years, so much of the narrative about client experience has shifted from office meetings to online meetings and then back to office meetings. Left out of that discussion was the practice of house calls. Despite the greater efficiency of Zoom calls and in-office meetings, many advisors continue to call on clients, schlepping to their homes or places of work.
