GenTrust, a Miami-based registered investment advisor with about $3 billion in assets, has sold a minority passive stake in its business to Kudu Investment Management.

The deal marks the 19th time New York-based Kudu has made a minority investment in a wealth or asset management company since 2018, according to a news release.
