Thornburg Investment Management is offering employees more remote work options in response to feedback from a staff survey.
The firm’s employees now have four options, including full remote work. The company is also allowing work from another geographic location for up to 30 consecutive days with manager approval, according to an June 1 internal memo seen by FundFire.
