Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S) announced that John Sartor, president and COO of PS&S, has been named CEO of the company. The company also announced the promotion of Thomas Heim, CFA, as the new COO of PS&S. Company founder Dr. Anthony J. Sartor will remain chairman.
