Sue Henderson first saw the importance of diversity in Atlanta, where she attended high school in the days of desegregation. Today, as president of New Jersey City University (NJCU), Henderson sees the importance of diversity around the world as the United States becomes a minority majority country and corporations embrace the importance of intercultural awareness for business.
