Edgewood affiliate breaks ground on project with 360 rentals, hotel in Gloucester Twp.

Construction is underway on a project that will bring 360 apartments and a hotel to a site that’s adjacent to Route 42 and just minutes from Camden County College in Gloucester Township.

M&T Realty, an affiliate of Edgewood Properties, will join Mayor David Mayer and other local officials on Wednesday to mark a ceremonial groundbreaking for what’s known as The Lofts at Gloucester, at 752 Davistown Road. The project by the Piscataway-based developer will transform 28 acres just west of Route 42, which includes the former site of a construction yard and parcels that were previously municipally owned.
