Former Gov. Chris Christie’s non-profit Christie Institute for Public Policy has formally teamed up with his alma mater, Seton Hall University School of Law, a spokeswoman for the former governor said.
The partnership was announced Tuesday, about four months after Christie kicked off the initiative with a question-and-answer session with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
The former governor, known for his often brash leadership style that propelled him to the national stage as a tell-it-like-it-is politician, unveiled the institute in August. He said at the time that he planned to partner with Seton Hall, but a formal agreement had not yet been reached.
